The Cabernet Sauvignon, a rarity in the Hunter, thanks to climatic conditions, is a far cry from the big, bold Cabernets of South Australia. Our very light style of Shiraz, made more in the style of a Pinot Noir. The tannins have been deliberately held back to encourage the red berry and pepper characters to show through. The unusual Sweet Shiraz, one of our most popular wines is designed to be served cold, alongside a range of dishes. The dry, French Provencal-style rosé promises crushed strawberries and rose petal on the nose and palate.
