Listed below are our upcoming releases. These will be added to our online store as soon as they are available.

Using the same technique as French Champagne, this methode traditionelle sparkling wine has undergone secondary fermentation in the bottle, giving the wine its fine bubbles, or mousse. It then spent two years in the bottle ‘en tirage’, which has resulted in rich bready, yeasty characters. Primera is an unusual blend of Semillon and Verdelho grapes; the Verdelho softens the austere characters of the Semillon, creating a softer, more approachable palate. Drink now until 2012.

Unlike dessert wines, this wine can be enjoyed with spicy foods. The burst of citrus is followed by a residual sweetness, which rapidly disappears thanks to the bright acidity. A refreshing wine even though slightly sweet, it’s great with garlic prawns and spicy fish dishes.

Two thirds Semillon, one third Verdelho. The upfront citrus of the Semillon gives way to the bright tropical fruits of the Verdelho. This light, easy-drinking summer wine is ideal as an aperitif, or served with oysters and a squeeze of lemon.

A 50/50 blend of Semillon and Chardonnay. The Chardonnay brings peach, apricot and tangerine to the fore, while the Semillon provides a citrus background with a hint of honey. A wonderful lunchtime wine.

A very light style of Shiraz, made more in the style of a Pinot Noir. The tannins have been deliberately held back to encourage the red berry and pepper characters to show through. A red wine that can be chilled for lunch in the hot summer months.

One of the most fruit-driven Verdelhos in the Valley, it packs a punch of pineapple, passionfruit and rockmelon. A little sweetness on the palate is cleaned up by a tangy finish. Perfect with spicy Asian dishes.

A Cabernet Rosé made in memory of winemaker Roger Lilliott’s mother, Rose. This dry, French Provencal-style rosé promises crushed strawberries and rose petal on the nose and palate. This is summer drinking at its best.
