This rosé is predominantly made from early harvested Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the Hilltops and Hunter Valley regions of NSW. The grapes were allowed a traditional short skin-contact time before being gently pressed, and then the clear juice was cool fermented over a few weeks. The wine was then settled and bottled early to retain the fresh fruit characters. A light blush-pink in colour, with aromas of watermelon, redcurrant and Turkish delight and delicious cranberry and raspberry- like flavours, this wine is perfect for any occasion. A great match with seafood, pork and chicken dishes or simply enjoyed by itself as an aperitif.
