Semillon is a Hunter Valley staple, and has the ability to enthral the discerning palate both as a young wine and as it matures. The hot and dry vintage conditions of 2018 has produced a wine that has aromas of varietal citrus bud, lemon grass and talc. The elegant palate has zesty citrus and green mango flavours and possesses a sherbet-like drying finish.

Served as an aperitif, this wine would also be wonderful with oysters or shellfish, and will also complement dishes such as prawn and mango salad or cold summer soups.
