Wine Notes

Our first wine sourced from fruit grown at Cowra, a cool climate region in the Great Dividing Range of NSW, sourced from this area due to the inclement weather which took out our Verdelho crop here at the home vineyard.

Picked early to retain freshness, the wine shows lovely, lifted fruit characters reminiscent of lychees, passionfruit and fruit salad. The palate is mid weight, with juicy, fruit-salad flavours and a sherbet -like citrus finish. This wine would pair well with any poultry or white meat dishes, but also complements tuna or salmon steaks and spicy dishes like Mongolian lamb
